1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit MockupBlast, create an account, use Collections or Studio, upload content, generate or export an image, manage a subscription, or contact us about the service.
It does not control websites, marketplaces, payment pages, or other services operated by third parties. Their own privacy notices apply when you use them.
2. Information you provide
Account information includes your name, email address, authentication information, and a profile image when supplied through Google sign-in. If you register by email, we also process verification codes and the credentials needed to secure your account.
Workspace content includes collection names and settings, Studio project state, prompts, artwork, garment mockups, face and pose references, generated images, revisions, and exports that you submit or create.
Billing information includes your selected plan, subscription status, billing period, credit balance and usage, transaction references, and customer or subscription identifiers. Complete card or payment-account details are collected by the checkout provider and are not stored directly by MockupBlast.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use MockupBlast, the app and its infrastructure may receive basic request and device information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, requested route, timestamps, response status, and security or error logs.
MockupBlast uses PostHog to measure page visits and understand product usage. Analytics may include an anonymous browser identifier, requested route, referrer, device information, and a stable internal account identifier after sign-in. MockupBlast does not send uploaded artwork, prompts, filenames, email addresses, or payment details to PostHog, and session recording is disabled.
MockupBlast keeps you signed in with a secure HttpOnly session cookie that frontend scripts cannot read. A separate cookie stores the sidebar display preference. Clearing these cookies signs you out and resets that preference.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate requests, save and synchronize projects, process uploads, generate and revise images, produce exports, and restore the workspace when you return.
We also use it to enforce collection, export, Studio, and credit limits; create and manage subscriptions; send verification or service messages; diagnose errors; prevent fraud and abuse; protect users and providers; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use a face reference to identify who a person is. The reference is used as visual generation input for the Studio request you initiate.
5. AI and image processing
When you start a Studio generation or revision, the backend sends the task instructions, prompt, and selected garment, artwork, face, pose, or previously generated references to the AI provider. The provider processes them to create the requested output and run safety checks.
A face or pose reference may contain personal information. Only upload a reference when the depicted adult has agreed to the generation and its intended use. The permission confirmation recorded by MockupBlast supports the request flow but does not independently prove that consent was valid.
Generated results and provider responses may be retained with the Studio so you can view, revise, and download them. Provider handling and retention may also be governed by the provider's applicable terms and privacy commitments.
6. When information is shared
MockupBlast shares information with service providers only as needed for their role. Current roles include AI generation and safety processing, Cloudflare R2 asset storage, Lemon Squeezy billing, Resend email delivery, Google sign-in, PostHog product analytics, infrastructure, and database hosting.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our Terms, protect the rights and safety of users or others, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale involving the service.
We do not sell uploaded artwork, prompts, face references, pose references, or generated images as a data product.
7. Retention and deletion
Account data, project state, and stored assets are retained while your account or project remains active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete collections, Studios, and associated assets using available in-product controls.
Deletion removes the active record and starts removal of associated stored assets. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or provider systems until their normal deletion cycle completes. Billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Deleting a source image from MockupBlast does not delete an export you downloaded, a campaign you published, or a copy held by a marketplace or other service you chose to use.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated API access, access controls, private asset storage, and protected transport. No online storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in countries where MockupBlast or its providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your location, and applicable safeguards or contractual protections may be used where required.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update certain account and project information, remove uploaded content, delete projects, sign out, and cancel a paid subscription through available controls. You can also avoid submitting optional face, pose, or other reference images and use random or faceless options when available.
Privacy rights vary by location and may include requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or withdrawing consent for future processing. A request may require account verification, and some information may be retained when an exception or legal obligation applies.
Withdrawing permission for a person's likeness applies to future use. You should delete the relevant Studio assets and stop using previously exported campaign material when required by the agreement with that person or applicable law.
10. Children's information
Studio model generation is intended for adult subjects. Do not upload a minor's face or body reference or use the service to create a model campaign depicting a minor.
If you believe a minor's personal information was submitted contrary to this policy, stop using the affected content and request its deletion.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy as MockupBlast, its providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page, and material changes may also be communicated through the service or account email.
