1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MockupBlast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Campaign Use Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how MockupBlast handles personal information. If the Campaign Use Policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control.
If you use MockupBlast for a company, brand, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, references to you include the organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. MockupBlast is not intended for anyone who cannot lawfully agree to a binding contract in their location.
You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access token has been compromised.
You may not share access in a way that avoids plan limits, sell or transfer your account, create accounts through automated means, or use another person's account without permission.
3. The service
Collections let you place artwork on garment mockups, adjust visual properties, and export images. Studio uses generative AI to turn garment references into more realistic garment or model images. Available tools, garments, output sizes, and plan limits may change as the service develops.
AI and preview features may be marked as experimental or may behave differently between generations. MockupBlast does not promise that every prompt, reference, or source image will be accepted or produce a usable result.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in artwork, garment designs, reference images, prompts, and other content you submit. MockupBlast does not claim ownership of that content.
You grant MockupBlast a worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, resize, modify, transmit, display to you, and store your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, legal retention, or records needed to protect the service and its users.
You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for submitted content, including trademarks, artwork, and any identifiable person's face, body, or likeness.
Do not upload confidential information or personal information that is unnecessary for your design. Removing content from MockupBlast does not remove copies that you already exported or published elsewhere.
5. AI generation and commercial use
You may use generated outputs commercially, including for print-on-demand listings and advertising, subject to applicable law, platform rules, these Terms, and third-party rights.
Commercial use does not mean that an output is exclusive, protected by intellectual-property law, or free of third-party claims. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and you are responsible for checking names, logos, designs, and other potentially protected material before publication.
Only submit likeness references for adults who authorized the generation and intended campaign use. Do not use MockupBlast to imitate a celebrity or public figure, create a deceptive endorsement, or suggest that a real person used, wore, recommended, or supports a product without permission.
You must review every output before publishing it. Generated images may contain errors and are visualizations only; they do not guarantee manufacturing accuracy, garment fit, fabric, color, product performance, or endorsement.
You are responsible for making any disclosure required by an advertising platform, marketplace, contract, or applicable law. If an image could reasonably be mistaken for a real testimonial, event, or product photograph, present it in a way that does not mislead viewers.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use MockupBlast for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
You may not use Studio to depict minors in model campaigns; create non-consensual intimate imagery; impersonate a person, brand, or organization; fabricate an endorsement or customer experience; or confuse viewers about whether a real person participated in a campaign.
You may not introduce malware, scrape or overload the service, probe it without authorization, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, interfere with another user, resell access, or bypass safety, access, billing, rate, credit, or plan controls.
7. Plans, credits, and billing
Plan limits, included generation credits, prices, billing periods, and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing or checkout page. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. The checkout provider processes payment details; MockupBlast receives billing identifiers and subscription status rather than your complete card information.
Credits are service units, not money. They cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used after they expire. Included monthly credits reset according to the plan shown at purchase and unused included credits do not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise.
A generation may consume the amount shown in the product before it begins. A failed or cancelled request is handled according to the credit behavior displayed in the service. We may correct credit balances affected by technical errors, abuse, chargebacks, or refunded transactions.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.
Refunds, trial eligibility, taxes, and chargebacks are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Deleting your account or projects does not automatically cancel an active subscription, so complete cancellation through the billing controls first.
9. MockupBlast rights
MockupBlast and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interface, templates, documentation, branding, and other materials provided by MockupBlast. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.
You may use exported outputs as described in these Terms, but you may not copy or use MockupBlast names, logos, or product branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation without permission.
10. Third-party services
MockupBlast relies on third-party providers for payments, storage, email, authentication, infrastructure, and AI processing. Their availability, safety rules, and applicable terms may affect parts of the service.
Links or integrations do not mean that MockupBlast controls or endorses a third-party service. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy practices of services you choose to use with MockupBlast.
11. Availability and enforcement
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or comply with law. We may reject content or outputs that fail safety checks, and safety systems may occasionally block permitted content by mistake.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after account closure—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and responsibility for published content—continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
MockupBlast is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output is probabilistic and may not be unique, accurate, available, or suitable for your intended use. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, testing final products, substantiating campaign claims, and keeping backups of important source files and exports.
To the extent permitted by law, MockupBlast is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, failed campaigns, marketplace decisions, or claims caused by content you submit or publish. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page, and material changes may also be communicated through the service or account email.
Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using MockupBlast and cancel any active subscription before the next renewal.
